Vocational Evaluations

Learn more about your interests and skills to make a good job match.

Vocational evaluations are for individuals age 16+ who have been diagnosed with a disability. Multiple tools and methods are used to assess, evaluate and provide direction and planning for successful employment. Potential career choices are researched using an integrated approach that combines assessments, individual interests, skill ratings, job values, production/ accuracy testing, and work readiness. Environmental considerations are included as an integral component of the evaluations. The program is funded by the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC), The Department of Developmental Services (DDS), the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB), the Statewide Head Injury Program (SHIP), private insurance and local school departments.
