Job Development & Placement Services

Building a Bright Future Together...

Employment specialists at PRIDE work step-by-step with job seekers ages 18+ who have been diagnosed with a disability. The goal of this program is to assist individuals to become independent and successful members of the working community. Services may include: vocational assessments, skills training, job placement, and/or job retention services for as long as the individual is employed. The program is funded by the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC), the Department of Development Services (DDS), the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB), the Statewide Head Injury Program (SHIP), private insurance and/or local school departments.
